Which files can I upload?

The workspace currently accepts DOCX files. This lets it preserve supported document structure while the writing is refined.

What do I receive back?

A downloadable, editable Word document that is ready for your final review and continued editing.

What happens to tables, formulas and images?

Supported non-text elements stay in place. You should still review the finished Word files before submitting or sharing them.

How do word packs work?

Word packs are pay-as-you-go, not subscriptions. Your balance is charged only for the words confirmed before processing.

What if my balance is too low?

The workspace pauses before processing and takes you to the word shop, where you can add the amount you need.

How long does a document take?
